JeezBuzz Rules & Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Begin

Welcome to jeezbuzz. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between users of the JeezBuzz platform and all services operated under it ("you" or "member") and jeezbuzz ("we" or "the platform").

By registering an account or using the services on jeezbuzz, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using jeezbuzz's services.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email or through an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

To open an account with jeezbuzz, you must meet the following requirements. If these conditions are not met, your registration will not be accepted — and if a requirement is found to be unmet at any point during verification, your account will be closed.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. A national ID may be requested to verify your age.
• Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same name, address, payment method, or IP address, all associated accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and address — must be accurate and truthful.
• Accounts cannot be opened from countries where jeezbuzz's services are prohibited or restricted.
• Allowing another person to use your account, or accessing someone else's account, constitutes a violation of these terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to keep the password created at registration confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify jeezbuzz support immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on the account until we have been informed of any breach.

The payment policy at jeezbuzz is transparent and straightforward. All terms relating to deposits and withdrawals are detailed below.

Deposit: Deposits on jeezbuzz can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile banking. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Funds are typically credited to your account within 3–5 minutes. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 and the daily maximum is ৳50,000. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. For verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.

• The currency used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — not to anyone else's account.
• You cannot withdraw your deposited funds directly until you have placed bets totalling at least the same amount as your deposit.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions or money laundering, jeezbuzz may initiate an enhanced verification process, during which withdrawals may be placed on hold.

Bonus and promotional offers on jeezbuzz are an opportunity for members — not direct cash. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met before it can be withdrawn. The general rules governing bonuses are outlined below.

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For example, 15x means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once that period expires.
• Minimum Odds: Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher will count toward completing the Sports Bonus wagering requirement.
• One Bonus Only: Only one bonus can be active at a time. You must complete the wagering requirements of any existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and must be claimed at the time of your first deposit.
• Jeezbuzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Examples of bonus abuse include: placing opposing bets on the same game to fulfill wagering requirements, claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts, or coordinating with others to meet bonus conditions. All such activity constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus.

All games and betting activities on jeezbuzz are governed by specific rules. Each game also has its own set of rules, which you should review before you start playing.

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed on the game screen.
• Jeezbuzz's RNG (Random Number Generator) is regularly audited by an independent third party. There is no way to alter or manipulate game outcomes.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded — Sports Betting terms and conditions apply in such cases.
• If an abnormal win occurs in any game due to a technical error, jeezbuzz reserves the right to verify the transaction before processing the payment.
• You can use the Cash Out feature to settle a bet before it concludes. The cash out value is determined by current market conditions and may be higher or lower than your original stake.

Odds in Sports Betting are subject to change. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed will apply. Any changes to odds after your bet has been placed will not affect it — the odds at the time of placement remain in effect.

Keeping your account secure is a shared responsibility between you and jeezbuzz. A few important security points to keep in mind are outlined below.

• Do not share your login credentials (email and password) with anyone.
• If you access your account over public Wi-Fi or on a shared device, make sure to log out when your session is over.
• Jeezbuzz will never ask for your password via email or phone. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt.
• Keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled significantly improves the security of your account.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, report it immediately to support@jeezbuzz.xyz.

If jeezbuzz detects any suspicious activity related to account security, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account for investigation. jeezbuzz will not be liable for any disruption during this period — this measure is taken solely for your protection.

Jeezbuzz believes gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not an addiction. With that in mind, we have built a number of responsible gaming tools into the platform and encourage every member to make use of them.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Pause your account for 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for 30, 60, or 90 days.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing.

• Using unauthorized software or bots on the gaming system.
• Using abusive or disrespectful behavior toward other members or staff.

Jeezbuzz provides its services on an "as is" basis and accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical disruptions. However, stakes lost due to verified technical errors will be refunded. No compensation claims beyond what is specified in these terms will be accepted.
